By accessing or using CompTeamHub ("the Platform"), operated at compteamhub.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

CompTeamHub is a studio management platform that enables dance studios to manage competition teams, events, routines, private lessons, billing, and parent communication. The Platform serves studio owners/administrators, teachers, and parents/guardians of enrolled students.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed.

4. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number during account registration on CompTeamHub, you consent to receive transactional SMS text messages from your affiliated dance studio via the CompTeamHub platform. These messages are related to your studio activities and include:

  • Private lesson appointment reminders (typically 24 hours before your scheduled lesson).
  • Booking confirmations when a lesson is scheduled.
  • Cancellation notifications when a lesson is cancelled or rescheduled.
  • Schedule change alerts.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your lesson schedule and studio activity. You may receive multiple messages per week during active lesson periods.

Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to SMS messages sent and received. CompTeamHub is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from CompTeamHub. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. Please note that opting out of SMS does not cancel your lessons or account.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Mobile information and messaging consent will not be sold, shared, or disclosed to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. 5. Payments & Billing

Certain features of the Platform involve payment processing through Stripe. By using payment features, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize charges as described during the checkout or enrollment process. Refund policies are determined by individual studios.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its servers.
  • Upload malicious code or content.
  • Use the Platform to send unsolicited communications or spam.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by CompTeamHub and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

CompTeamHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CompTeamHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting your studio or our support team.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
